The Marriott Waikiki Beach Resort & Spa renovation projects focused on the re-design of the open-air entry and lobby. The lobby will include a native Hawaiian wood sculpture as its centerpiece.

Entry into the lobby will be directly from the porte cochere providing a dramatic entry sequence for the guest.

Kuhio Beach Grill will be relocated to the second floor eliminating the existing ballroom. The large windows on the second floor will be opened to take advantage of the unobstructed view of Waikiki Beach. Tenant spaces will occupy the ground floor. The building’s frontage along Kalakaua will be upgraded to provide a Hawaiian sense of place and to give the property a new identity.

A proposed 1,022-room luxury hotel complex located at the Kuilima Resort on the North Shore of Oahu, Hawaii. This project includes the renovation of the existing 401-room Turtle Bay Hilton, and addition of 621 rooms, several restaurants, convention facilities, spa and fitness center, retail boutiques, amphitheater for dinner shows and a large swimming pool with waterfalls and slides.

At the Dutch/French border of the Island and sitting on a stretch of land dividing tranquil Simpson Bay Lagoon from the clear azure of the Caribbean Sea, this resort defines the meaning of relaxation and recreation in the Caribbean.

Featured is the Island’s grandest casino, a meandering beachfront walk studded with discovery points, a picturesque village of quaint shops and superb restaurants, and an all-inclusive convention facility overlooking a colorful marina.

The masterplan includes a grotto area where guests will be invited to experience the tranquility of pools sheltered with lush tropical landscaping, cascading waterfalls and the exhilaration of a waterslide run. The lagoon will entice guests to swim and frolic with its trained dolphins.

Formerly known as The Westin Kauai at Kauai Lagoons, an 847-room hotel located on Kalapaki Beach in Lihue, Kauai. The property was renovated to a 347-room hotel with 279 timeshare units.

In addition, the existing 2.1 acre reflecting pool was replaced with a botanical garden featuring a meandering walkway that takes you past a waterfall, over streams, across fish ponds and through lush tropical landscaping.

Four interconnected buildings feature double-pitched tile roofs, stucco exteriors and decorative railings to evoke a feeling of “old” Hawaii. The buildings step down from 4 to 2 stories and surround a luxuriously landscaped tropical garden with meandering walkways, water features and a children’s play area.

231 timeshare units are incorporated over a 12 acre site. Amenities include areas for barbecues, a 125-seat restaurant and a fully equipped exercise room.

This Project is located on a 6-acre parcel of land within the Kauai Lagoons Resort complex. Three multi-story residential condominium buildings with a total of 78 two- and three-bedroom luxury units.

The first phase of this project overlooks the new tee box at the 14th hole on the Kiele Golf Course with unobstructed views to the ocean. A central facilities area interconnects Buildings B and C and is used for check-in, administration, an Owner’s Lounge, sundry shop and related facilities and offices.
